What will be the features of our website?

The wedding website has 2 fixed and 12 optional pages. After signing in you will put together a website that suits you personal needs by activating/deactivating certain pages. You will be able to change the page settings any time you want.

An overview of the pages that are available:

Homepage
This is the first page that people will see when they visit your website. You will welcome your website visitors with a text and a photo.

Wedding Events
Create an overview of all events related to your wedding, e.g. Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, Reception, Bachelor/Bachelorette party. When and where they will take place.

Bride & Groom
Some information about yourselves. The bride can write a text about her groom, and the groom can write a text about this bride.

RSVP
With this online RSVP service your guests will let you know if they plan to attend or not attend your wedding.

Our Stories
Tell your website visitors when and how you met, your proposal story and any other events you like to share.

Family
Each member of your families will have the option to create a personal account and add a family page to your website. When logged in, they will have access to their own page only.

Friends
As for family, your friends can set up an account as well. Their personal pages will automatically be added to the friends section.

Out-of-Town Guests
Provide your out-of-town guests with all necessary information they need for a pleasant stay in your town of wedding.

Photo Albums
Create as many photo albums as you like. Upload photos of all your wedding events or any other subject (for example: childhood photos, trips, your pets).

Videos
Entertain your website visitors with short videos.

Guestbook
In this section your website visitors can sign your online wedding guestbook and send you their congratulations and comments on your wedding website.

Mailing List
Your guests will sign up to your list of contacts and you will provide them by email the latest updates concerning your wedding.

Contact Us
Contains a form trhough which the visitors of your website can contact you.

Gift Registry
Create an overview of the stores is which you will set up a gift registry and link to their websites.

What will be the web address of our website?

The price of your website includes a personal web address (domain name) from which your guests can reach your website directly. Your personal web address of your website will be, for example:

www.karenjoshua.ringsandbells.com

If you already have a domain name and you wish to use it for your website we will help you to connect your domain name to your wedding website. Contact us for more information

How do we order?

The first step in the order process is to make the payment. Click "Order Now" to order a website. In this fase you don't have to choose your website design yet. After the payment is made you will receive from Rings&Bells an email to confirm your order. The second step is to follow the link that you will find in this email. It will take you to a form through which you will setup your website account. During this step you will select your design, provide us with your names and weddingdate, and choose the text you would like to appear in the header of your website. We will then start working on your website. As soon as you website is online you will receive an email with all information you will need to start using your website.

If you wish to give the Wedding Website as a gift, you will only need to make the online payment and then forward the confirmation email to the couple. The couple themselves will choose a design and provide us with all other information that we need to set up their Wedding Website.

How long does it take to set up our wedding website?

It takes approximately 1-2 working days to set up your website after you have provided us with all neccesary information.

Do we need special knowlegde, skills, or equipment to use our website?

No, you don't need to know or have anything special. Just a computer and internet access.
